  The cocktails are certainly excellent, and most of the staff seemed quite accommodating, but I would not recommend "booking out" one of their spaces. I booked the Tatami Room space for my guests around two weeks in advance, but when I arrived the space was taken by other people. Subsequently, my group was pushed into the front seating area with some of my guests having to sit outside. This meant the the group was quite segregated and squashed. As this was a birthday booking I was obviously quite upset, but the manager did not come out and address this and I didn't want to take out my frustration on the bar staff. I understand that the establishment didn't want to lose the business they received from the people eating at the tables I had booked, but I don't think its very ethical to offer a space and then not provide it on the night. If you're just stopping in for drinks, it's probably a wonderful bar. If you're after a function space, I would not recommend it at all.
